SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-order items: Processing and shipping times for pre-order products are subject to the release date stated on the product page. We will notify you via email once your pre-order is ready to ship.
Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from China via international courier (e.g., DHL, SF Express, or equivalent tracked service).
Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- North America: 10–15 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 7–12 business days
- South America: 15–30 business days
- Norway & Switzerland: 10–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Customs & Import Duties
European Union (EU): All orders shipped to EU countries are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. VAT is collected at checkout and remitted via our freight forwarder's IOSS registration. No additional customs fees or import duties will be charged upon delivery.
Norway & Switzerland: Import duties and VAT may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
All other countries (USA, Canada, Asia, Oceania, South America): Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
