How it works

Two ways to partner with us

Option 1 — Stock Purchasing

Order inventory in advance and sell at your own pace. Full control over your margins, your pricing, and your stock levels. Best for established sellers with consistent demand.

Option 2 — Dropshipping

Sell Warhead Studio products without holding any inventory. When your customer places an order with you, you forward it to us — we fulfil it directly to their address in standard Warhead Model packaging.

If you require custom or branded packaging, you are welcome to supply your own materials — please discuss this with us before your first dropshipping order.

Dropshipping arrangements are confirmed on a per-partner basis after your application is approved.

Both stock purchasing and dropshipping orders count toward your monthly volume threshold.

Source-level pricing for qualifying partners

Our wholesale pricing is based on the original Warhead Studio retail price — with no reseller markup added on top. Partner pricing is unlocked based on your monthly order volume:

How the monthly threshold works

All orders are placed and paid at standard retail price throughout the month. At the end of each calendar month, if your total volume has reached $500, we calculate the difference and refund that amount via your original payment method or as credit toward your next order. Volume resets on the first day of each calendar month.

Intend to resell through grey-market or unofficial channels

Do I need to be a registered company?

No. We work with individual resellers and sole traders as well as registered businesses. What matters is your genuine intent to sell.

Is there a minimum first order?

There is no mandatory minimum order value for your first purchase. However, we recommend planning for at least $200–$300 in your first order.

What happens if I don't hit $500 in a month?

No penalty. That month's orders are settled at standard retail pricing. Partner pricing automatically applies again the following month when you reach $500.

How does the monthly refund work?

You pay standard retail price throughout the month. If you reach $500 by month end, we calculate the difference and refund it to your original payment method or apply it as credit. We'll send you a clear breakdown.

Can dropshipping and stock orders both count toward the $500?

Yes. All fulfilled orders, regardless of type, count toward your monthly volume.

How does dropshipping packaging work?

All dropshipping orders ship in standard Warhead Model packaging. If you want your own branding, you supply the materials and we apply them.

Do you offer regional exclusivity?

Not as a standard offer, but we actively manage partner density per market. Apply early if you're in an active region.

How do I communicate with you once I'm approved?

Primarily via WhatsApp. You'll receive a direct contact number upon approval. Email is also available but WhatsApp is faster.

Can I sell on multiple platforms?

Yes. You can sell across any legitimate platforms. We only ask that you maintain pricing that doesn't significantly undercut other authorized partners.

What if a product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos. We have a clear process for quality issues and will work with you to resolve it.
