How it works

Step 1 — Describe your request
Tell us what you're looking for using the form below. The more detail you provide — brand, type, approximate budget, quantity — the faster we can respond. But a rough description works too.
Step 2 — We respond within 48 business hours
We review every request personally. We'll confirm whether we can source the item, provide a full price breakdown, and give you a realistic timeline. The quote is free.
Step 3 — You approve and pay (item + service fee only)
You pay the item cost plus our service fee only. Shipping is calculated separately once your item is ready — giving you flexibility to combine multiple requests into a single shipment.
Step 4 — We source and inspect
We locate and purchase the item. When it arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it for quality, completeness, and condition. If anything is wrong, we contact you before proceeding.
Step 5 — Storage while you consolidate
Your item is held at our warehouse. Standard individual orders receive 15 days of free storage. For large-volume or business orders, storage terms are agreed separately.
Step 6 — You choose when to ship
When you're ready, we send you a final shipping quote. Nothing leaves our warehouse until you've approved and paid the shipping cost. Full tracking on every shipment.

Do I need to send you a product link?
No. Just describe what you're looking for — brand, type, size, colour, budget, quantity. A link helps but isn't required.
How quickly will you reply?
Within 48 business hours, every time. We review requests personally.
What if you can't find the item?
We'll let you know. No charge if we cannot source it. If we find something close, we'll describe it and let you decide.
Can I submit multiple sourcing requests at once?
Yes. Submit separately or list multiple items in one request. We'll consolidate for combined shipping.
Can I combine sourcing items with products from your Official Collection?
Yes. Just let us know when requesting shipping that you'd like to combine everything.
Does the 15-day free storage apply to all orders?
Standard individual orders only. Large-volume or business orders have storage terms agreed separately.
What if the item arrives damaged or not as described?
We inspect every item before storage. If something is wrong, we contact you first. If a problem appears after delivery, contact us with photos immediately.
Who pays import duties?
The buyer. Duties vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority.
Is my payment protected?
You only pay after we confirm availability and you approve the quote. Full refund if we can't source the item. Nothing ships without your approval.
What happens if my storage period runs out?
We contact you before any fee applies and before the 90-day limit. We won't act without reaching you first.
Can I cancel after paying?
If we haven't purchased yet: full refund. If already purchased: service fee refunded, item cost cannot be refunded.
